Schumacher | Stora Embroidery

Stora Embroidery combines three different stitches on a linen ground: hand-tied French knots form the head of each flower, a corded stitch makes up the leaves, and the whole composition is worked with a restrained, modern touch. The floral pattern sits at a medium scale, delicate but clear.

Embroidered in India, the cloth is 90 per cent linen with small amounts of viscose and spun polyester, 132 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 40 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 33 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery.
