Stratton Faux Fur is a dense, high-pile cloth with a subtle mélange that reads as soft, inviting texture rather than imitation. The effect is warm and enveloping, the sort of surface that asks to be touched, and the alpaca content gives it a hand closer to natural fibre than many synthetics manage.
Woven in Italy from a blend of alpaca and polyester, it is 150 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The pile and weight make it well suited to cushions, where it adds tactile contrast, and it can be used for occasional upholstery on pieces that see lighter use.
