Schumacher | Swirl Velvet

Swirl Velvet takes the undulating graphics of 1970s design and renders them in cut pile, the velvet catching light differently across each curve so the pattern moves as you walk past it. The large-scale repeat—76 centimetres vertically, 68 horizontally—needs space to be seen whole.

Made in India from viscose and polyester, it is 137 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits upholstery and cushions, where the pile's sheen and texture come into their own.
