Tanbark Multi reinterprets a 1957 Schumacher fabric, originally illustrated by John Groth, into a medium-scale toile that captures the dynamic energy of horse racing. The design retains the expressive, gestural lines of the original, printed in vibrant colour so the scene reads with movement and immediacy rather than nostalgia.

Made in the United States and sold by the metre in rolls of 9.14 metres, it is 69 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 91 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 69 centimetres. Spongeable. Intended for walls, it coordinates with Backdrop's climate-neutral paints and brings narrative and colour to a room without formality.
