Schumacher | The City's Silent Lines Indoor/Out

The City's Silent Lines Indoor/Out is a large-scale geometric composition that layers different weave constructions into a single cloth, creating a collage of textures and forms. Conceived by Schumacher's Paris studio as a response to the architectural grid of New York, it combines abstract shapes with a sense of structure, the pattern shifting as light catches the varied surfaces.

Woven in Belgium from polypropylene, it is 135 centimetres wide with a 133-centimetre vertical repeat and a 135-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth is suitable for cushions, upholstery and outdoor use, its high-performance fibre offering both dimension and durability. It is available in several colourways.
