Toledo Embroidery sets narrow bands of fine, detailed embroidery against a relaxed cotton-linen ground, creating a rhythmic stripe that reads as both structured and informal. The embroidered detail is intricate but light in touch, and the interplay between the natural weave and the worked surface gives the cloth a handcrafted, layered quality.
Made in India from cotton, linen and polyester, it is 132 centimetres wide with an 11-centimetre vertical repeat and a 66-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in five colourways.
