Schumacher | Topiary

Topiary arranges stylised botanical forms in a small-scale procession across the wall, each shape built up as if from cut paper. The design, part of the Peg Norriss Collection by Liz Nielsen, has a naïve directness that brings quiet character to a room without competing for attention.

Printed in the United States on 69-centimetre-wide paper with a 14-centimetre vertical repeat and a five-centimetre horizontal repeat, it is sold by the metre from rolls just over nine metres long. The surface is spongeable and suited to wallcovering where a smaller, more intimate pattern is called for.
