Tuk Tuk Hand Block Print takes its cue from the painted decorations on India's ubiquitous three-wheeled taxis, distilling that roadside exuberance into a small-scale repeat of dots and motifs. Hand-block printed by master craftsmen, the design carries the subtle irregularities and ink variation that come with the process, so no two lengths are quite identical.
Made in India from cotton, it is 135 centimetres wide with a modest 3-centimetre repeat in both directions. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is printed in several colourways.
