Tumble Weed Épinglé takes a 19th-century Persian tree motif and distils it to angular branches and sharp-cornered leaves, the design pared back to elemental geometry. Neisha Crosland's reinterpretation is woven as an épinglé, the needlepoint-like texture giving the stylised espalier a tactile, almost embroidered quality.
Made in Belgium, chiefly of cotton with polyester, it is 136 centimetres wide with a 50-centimetre vertical repeat and 34-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery, curtains, blinds and cushions, and is also available as a wallcovering. The design comes in several colourways.
