Turkish Step is a low-pile chenille woven with a geometric pattern that reads as both modern and rooted in vernacular textile traditions. The chenille construction gives the cloth a soft, tactile surface, and the pattern—a 7-centimetre vertical repeat and 17-centimetre horizontal repeat—has enough scale to register clearly on upholstery without dominating a room.
Woven in Turkey from a blend of viscose, cotton, polyester and linen, it is 140 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and it is offered in a wide choice of colourways.
