Tutsi Trim, designed by David Kaihoi, carries embroidered African motifs across a linen ground printed with subtle striations that echo the texture of the coordinating Tutsi Velvet. The embroidery is worked in a repeating geometric pattern that reads as both graphic and organic.
Made in India, it is 7 centimetres wide with a 9.5-centimetre vertical repeat and a 7-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in three colourways and suits curtains, cushions and upholstered furniture where a richly worked edge is wanted.
