V Step is an embroidered chevron on a cotton-satin ground, the rough matte thread contrasting with the polished base cloth to create textural interest. The design draws on Art Deco and 1920s Chinese motifs, and the embroidery is worked in a repeating pattern of 16 centimetres vertically and 11 horizontally, so the chevron maintains a compact, ordered rhythm.
Embroidered in India, it is composed of 38% cotton, 30% spun viscose, 26% polywadding and 6% spun polyester, and is 128 centimetres wide. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in a range of colourways.
