Valiant began as a canvas washed with thinned paint and rotated while wet, so the pigment pooled and drifted in multiple directions. Muralist Colette Cosentino's original artwork has been translated into a large-scale wallpaper that captures the drips, tonal shifts and watery movement of the painted surface, the abstraction reading almost like weather or geology rather than decoration.
Printed in the United States on a wide 137-centimetre width, it has a 204-centimetre vertical repeat and 137-centimetre horizontal repeat, which allows it to be hung in large rooms with fewer seams. Each roll is 9.14 metres, sold by the metre. The paper is spongeable and available in four colourways.
