Valkyrie Flame Stitch is a jacquard-woven interpretation of the flame-stitch motif, a zigzagging pattern with roots in fifteenth-century European needlework. The design is woven rather than embroidered, so the chevron reads as structure in the cloth itself, and the scale—31 centimetres vertically, 34 horizontally—gives it presence on larger upholstered pieces.
Woven in Italy from 100% cotton, it is 137 centimetres wide and suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in several colourways.
