Vanderbilt Velvet Pillow is made from a large-scale linear cut velvet designed by Mary McDonald for Schumacher, the pattern giving the cloth a graphic directness that holds its own on sofas and chairs. The silk-like pile adds depth and a tactile quality, and the knife-edge finish keeps the cushion clean-lined.
Woven in Italy from 13 per cent cotton, the cushion is 46 centimetres wide, filled with feather and down, and finished with a hidden zip. Dry cleaning is recommended. The design is available in a wide range of colourways.
