Schumacher | Vasily Linen

Vasily Linen is a printed linen based on a 1930s pattern, with an abstracted floral motif of geraniums, berries and fruit-like forms arranged in a loose, airy composition. The design has a quirky, slightly surreal quality—recognisable as botanical but not literal—and the print is delicate enough to read as texture from a distance. The repeat is modest, so the pattern sits comfortably on smaller pieces as well as full-length curtains.

Made in the United Kingdom, it is 90 per cent linen with 10 per cent nylon, 137 centimetres wide, with a vertical repeat of 32 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 34 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in three colourways. The design is also produced as a wallpaper.
