Verdure Tapestry is a mid-scale foliage design woven as a tapestry cloth, the pattern rooted in an antique French screen and redrawn by hand. The weave has tonal variation and a stonewashed finish, giving the surface a soft hand and a settled, layered quality that reads as depth rather than newness.
Woven in Belgium chiefly of cotton with polyamide, polyacrylic, viscose and polyester, it is 132 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 49 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 67. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery and cushions, where the tapestry weave and the pattern's dimension give presence to chairs and sofas.
