Vinka Embroidery arranges wide vertical stripes, each one densely worked with cross-stitching in multiple colours so the surface reads as both stripe and ornament. The embroidery is highly detailed, giving the cloth a richness that shifts as light catches the stitched texture.
Made in India from 52% cotton and 48% rayon, it is 135 centimetres wide with a 20-centimetre vertical repeat and a 67-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in several colourways.
