Wild Flower uses slubby, irregular yarns to build a jacquard weave with the look and feel of handwoven cloth, its texture more pronounced than the pattern itself. The floral forms are stylised and medium in scale, with a 33-centimetre vertical repeat and 34 horizontal, rendered in soft, muted tones that sit quietly in a room.
Woven in Italy from a blend of acrylic, cotton, viscose and polyester, it is 140 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The construction and character suit upholstery—including headboards—and cushions, where the textural quality of the cloth can be appreciated at close range.
