Zanzibar Trellis Matte is a graphic fretwork pattern introduced in the 1970s and inspired by the trellised rooms of Elsie de Wolfe. The design has been reimagined with a modern, architectural clarity, the interlocking geometry printed in a matte finish that reads as confident decoration rather than ornament.
Printed in the United Kingdom on a linen and cotton ground, it is 137 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 32 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 34 centimetres. Dry clean recommended, it suits cushions and upholstery. The design is also available as a wallcovering, and comes in seven colourways.
