Zelda Stripe is a narrow satin stripe woven into a linen ground, the contrast between matte and lustrous fibres giving the cloth a quiet, alternating rhythm. The stripe is fine—just three centimetres across the horizontal repeat—so it reads as texture from a distance and detail up close, a restrained play of light rather than colour.
Woven in Italy from thirty-six per cent cotton, thirty-five per cent linen and twenty-nine per cent polyamide, it is 143 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery and cushions where a subtle, woven stripe is wanted without strong pattern or contrast dominating the surface.
