Zulma Embroidered Tape is inspired by the gilded mosaic columns of a seaside monastery in Palermo, Sicily, the design worked as full-coverage embroidery on a linen ground. The pattern has a regal, architectural character, the embroidery creating a textured surface that reads as both geometric and decorative, with a seven-centimetre vertical repeat.
Made in India from linen and spun polyester, it is ten centimetres wide and dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, upholstery and cushions, where the embroidered detail provides a bold finishing edge.
