Ficheto is the boldest weave in the Threads Moro collection, with a large, loosely worked structure, 70 by 48 centimetres, that reads as an abstract, brushed texture rather than a fine grain. It carries the collection's move from soft sea blues toward deepest indigo, and at this scale the pattern has real presence on a wall of curtains or across a length of upholstery. Being pure linen, the surface stays matte even at this size, so nothing about it reads as shiny or synthetic.
The cloth is 100 per cent linen, 144 centimetres wide, with a 70 centimetre vertical and 48 centimetre horizontal repeat. There is no rub count published, so we keep it to curtains and light occasional seating rather than a family sofa, even though the page lists it for loose and fixed upholstery too. It comes in two colourways, Indigo and Linen/Taupe: Indigo is the deep, graphic option, while Linen/Taupe is the softer, two-tone neutral for a quieter room.
We tend to use Ficheto for full-length curtains in a living room where the large structure can be read properly, and for a single statement chair rather than a whole suite. It pairs well with a plain linen or a Quintessential Naturals weave on the rest of the seating. Sold by the half metre; order a sample to see it in your own light.
With a 70 centimetre repeat, allow a full repeat per drop when calculating curtain quantities, and match the pattern carefully across the width, since the scale makes any mismatch obvious. Line and interline curtains to protect the linen from sun and to help the drop hang straight, and centre the structure on a chair seat before cutting; dry clean only.
